Project management system “PRIDEX”

In our Company the unique project management system “PRIDEX” that was elaborated for work optimization and automation is applied. The project group's terms of reference cover all range of issues connected with object realization.

Quality control

The employees are limited by “Manual under guaranteeing and controlling of quality of works” on all stages of realization. All departments of company operate in concordance with approved regulations.

Visual proof of compliance of services with the international requirements is Certificate of quality management system conformity ISO 9001.

Ecology

In 2010 our Company joined attracted to environment and became a member of Green building council Russia (RUGBC).

We adopt occidental colleague’s practices and introduce it to the project realization system.

We use ecological technologies and materials, look for new solutions to make your office “green”.

Labour protection

In our company the program of ensuring safety in operation at objects being in implementation stage are developed and introduced. Safety supervisors realize control, visiting sites, instructing and assessing.
