The PRIDEX Construction Division is the General Contractor and provides full range of construction, installation and finishing works.
PRIDEX Construction major activities are concentrated in the area of high class commercial real estate facilities construction and finishing works.
PRIDEX Construction has been structured to meet the following tasks:

     Construction work without subcontracting. More than 100 highly skilled workers with significant experience in construction and finishing works trained to work under Western standards are working under supervision of experienced technicians and engineers with special education in the field of construction.
     Coordination of subcontractor activities: only the best contractors are contracted to perform special tasks. PRIDEX Construction project managers are providing professional coordination of all construction participants’ activities, supervising work quality and timeliness.
     Work quality control: Work quality control is especially strict in line with European norms and international ISO 9001 standards requirements. During the entire facility construction period a special internal quality commission is commissioning all performed work that is assessed on the basis of a special quality assessment system.
     Facility commissioning: After construction completion the work is commissioned in line with European standards with transfer of a full operating documents package necessary for comfortable facility operation.
     Facilities warranty service: At Customer request warranty service might be extended up to 3 years.
     Coordination with building owners, inspection and regulatory oversight agencies.
